Guidelines to working papers

Working Papers should be submitted in the format of Expanded Abstract, containing from 750 to 1000 words and presenting theoretical background, method, gathered data to date, results to date, and conclusions. Authors may also include a figure and/or a table with the results and this will not impact the total number of words in the paper.
Working Papers might be submitted to any of the tracks, and its submission implicates the participation of at least one of the authors should the paper be accepted. Authors who get accepted will commit to preparing a poster that will be presented during poster session and to being available for discussing the research and answer to whatever questions that may appear.
Authors who get accepted will be able to chose whether to have their paper included in the conference’s proceedings.

˗   Paper: size A4 (29.7 cm x 21 cm)
˗   Paper Orientation: portrait
˗   Margins: Top - 3 cm, bottom - 2 cm, right - 2 cm, left - 3 cm
˗   Text Editor: MS-Word (2003 or later)
˗   Times New Roman, size 12
˗   Spacing: single
˗   Paragraph: justified
˗   Insert page numbers: footer aligned to the right
˗   Use endnotes instead of footnotes
˗   Figures, tables and graphs: must be editable on MS Word, Excel or Power Point (Times New Roman size 10)
˗   Citations and references: according to APA (American Psychological Association) or the Brazilian norm ABNT (Associação Brasileira de Normas e Técnicas)
˗   Key words: up to 3 words
 
Important informations:
˗   Only electronic submissions will be accepted through the CLAV-2020 website http://clav2020.fgv.br/
˗   Only manuscripts and presentations in  Portuguese, English or Spanish will be accepted.
˗   The number of authors in each article / extended abstract should not exceed five (5)
˗   Each author / co-author may submit a maximum of five articles / extended abstracts
-   The inclusion of one or more authors to the manuscripts will not be accepted after the submission.
 
Note: Uploaded files for submissions should not include author names or affiliations. Author names, affiliations, and presenter’s name should only be entered on the submission website when requested. Submitting authors must also make sure submission files do not contain identifying information when saved as Word 2003, Word 2007 or a Rich Text Format file. Articles with identified authorship information will not be considered for the review.
